Liáng Shān Pō

I was a bit hesitant to go as it was far from where I live, but I wanted to see the happy face of my wife. The result? Delicious! I never thought I would end up ordering the same thing and finish it, even though I usually get a large portion and that's it. I like my soba noodles on the firmer side, but when they are too hard, it can be unpleasant. However, that wasn't a concern here. The firmness when chewing and the satisfying snap when biting down were just right. The soba broth was also delicious. The wasabi had a taste that made you feel like you didn't need it, and I only had a little bit on my tongue at the end for a change of flavor, as the soba noodles were so delicious. I simply enjoyed the soba noodles and felt they were just delicious. My wife and son also enjoyed the meal, but I was the one who truly savored it (laughs).

I visited the restaurant "Ryozanpaku" on the soba street, which focuses solely on soba noodles without tempura or side dishes. It was packed with customers right after opening, so we waited about 20 minutes for a table for two. They only offered hot soba and zaru soba, and today I chose the zaru soba. It was very cold and delicious.

I was told about this restaurant by someone who loves soba noodles. I like that they only have kake and mori options. The prices are too cheap! I feel like I should pay more; I got the larger portion and it was just the right amount for me. This is a place I want to take my soba-loving friends to. I want to go back again.

シンプルなメニュー！！そば、大盛り、温かいそばの３種類 そばだけの勝負で本気度が伺えます！！ そば通ではないですが、正直おいしいって思うそばに出会えてませんでしたが、美味しかった！！ ほんのり甘味がありもう一度食べたいです！！ お店の待ちは名前を書くのがない為並ぶ方式です。席数は6テーブル程で狭めですが、回転はいいと思います！

蕎麦の評価は、その香り、喉越しになる。 喉越しは、申し分なし。歯切れもよい。 しかし、蕎麦の香りが全くしない。つゆに蕎麦を付けると、つゆの味しかしない。 この点は残念。しかし、値段を考えると十分。 したがって、星4つ。
