Jason's Deli - N. McAllen

First time after visiting various locations around RGV . This particular visit was a shocker due to location lacking TLC, hot building , salad bar was not upkept with food to prep your salad . Considering it was a busy afternoon containers were empty. Messy area around salad bar area , too many flies due to extreme heat and humid environment . A first time i see a jasons deli location in such condition .compared to previous visits where locations were clean , upkept salad bar , comfortable cool area for patrons . Great place to eat but this location has room for improvement .

Get the all you can eat salad bar. Free refills on sodas. Free soft serve ice cream. Senior Citizens discount. Only have a few electric outlets. They have good free Wi-Fi. They don't mind if you hang out for a while. The Muffeleta sandwich is yummy and enormous. Doesn't cost much to add soups to your order and they are to die for. Close to my Mom's so she can get there in her electric wheelchair. Next to the Movie Theatre. Good Lord their food is great.

We went to grab a quick bite for dinner and we were overcharged. It seems that their version of reimbursing you is to give the same item they over charged you for instead of choosing something different. It was their mistake. We agreed not to visit again.

John, gave me a world-class service as I was ordering a To-go. I love Jason Deli! Especially this location! All your staff is very friendly and helpful! 10/10

I always enjoy a salad bar here, and for first time ever an employee asked me to turn in my plate in exchange if new one. I didn’t feel right to take my dirty plate where people get served.H was very persistent I had to turn mine in as if he didn’t believe me. I told him the employee next to him had seen my receipt originally and all he said was that’s “how it works.”
