Bidra med feedbackWasnt offered a receipt. Teller was distracted by her kid running round. Perhaps it wasnt even rung up as no order slip was generated either. Took a while and second time I went up the new girl hadn 't gotten a paper slip saying what my order was and so hadnt started. She was just told it was a chai latte and so began making a regular, when I ordered a large, had to point out the large cup to her. Used full fat milk not skinny, but I didn 't want to upset her on her first day again so I said nothing this time. She was new, obviously, and asked how to make it and was snapped at by teller saying its just milk and syrup, literally . The girl didnt know how much syrup, and tried to add a coffee shot and I had to stop her. My chai latte was the cold side of luke warm and only tasted of milk, hardly any chai flavour at all. I went up and asked if the teller could maybe make it this time but she was chatting to her son as she worked, and a queue had formed. She snapped she would get to it when she had dealt with the crowd. All of whom came in after me. After waiting a while I went back up and a chai latte was sitting behind counter, ignored, and a milk pot was boiling over. I asked if it was mine and was told its coming next. I said maybe make mine before the whole queue as I was here first while shop was empty and was snapped at by the teller who said she had all these people to serve. She then made a fuss of her mum and her son as she gave them their iced drinks to go. She then went back to the queue but I didnt sit down this time. So she went over to the the chai latte that had been sitting all this time (it was the one I had handed back earlier, they just poured a bit out of the top then forgot about it or think I hadnt been watching) and topped it up with hot milk. It was weaker and colder than the first one. The teller had ignored my request that she make my drink this time (so the trainee might learn too) and said again she had lots of drinks to make first. I said I would take a refund and she told me she would get to me with that when she finished with the queue. I said my car was parked and meter ticking I would have to come back for a refund. I felt bad for the trainee because she needed help but I 've had chai latte from that teller before and she knows how to make it and wasn 't showing the trainee. When I got back to my car i remembered no receipt or order slip had been generated so I had no way to get a refund later. I think she might have accidentally rung up the order her kid was shouting that he and his gran wanted to take away when they left, but my change was right so I could be wrong on that. Time was 1020hrs at Musselburgh Costa. I got a bank text as I ordered. I arrived with no one in queue and left and sat down in my car outside and began writing this at 1050hrs, with no drink, no refund and choice of leaving or being made to wait for a quiet spell. £4.15 out of pocket and had to move my car and come back for other messages too. So a 1.5hr car parking message run became twice that.

Waiting over half an hour for 2 frappes they made them incorrectly (I've seen it done by staff from straition) they even forgot that I even ordered only 2 members of staff and one customer came to help clean tables a joke of a shop just go to Starbucks or make it yourself **** joke
