I've never been here before but I wanted to try it out. With the pandemic going on I elected to use the drive through and took it home. I saw on the menu that they had a choice between a one slab rib dinner or a two slab dinner. Both came with sides. I noted that two slabs came with two pints of sides so I assumed that one slab would reduce the sides equally. I wanted chopped beef too so i chose the one slab dinner. The ribs and chopped beef were really good. But when I opened up the sides the amount equalled what I would receive if I had ordered a regular meal. It was a small handful of fries, a slice of toast and a regular serving of beans........absolutely no sauce in sight and not a pint of anything to be found. Most of all, I was shocked that there was no BBQ sauce...NO SAUCE!!!??? REALLY???!!!The meat was good, and I will probably be back eventually, but now I know what I'm getting into. That was dirty pool and not a good outcome at all for my first experience. In the meantime I'm going to look elsewhere. My phone is not letting me take pictures to post...
Service was fast and friendly. Meat tasted great. Not a fan of the bbq sauce tho.
An issue parking our big trailer lead us to this fine establishment. We were pleasantly surprised. My husband was in hog heaven when he had the hot links and brisket with baked beans and onion rings. The brisket was moist, tender and full of flavor but the star of the show was hands down the onion rings! They were so good that we Indian leg wrestled for the last one! We would absolutely recommend Cowboy's Bar B Q to anyone looking for some great Bar B Q!
The best I had after years of searching for a comparable place I had eaten in my hometown.
