A 15 minute P/ U turned into an hour later....! "D... miT....!!!! "Supposed to be a 1/2 an hour lunch.... ! ' Stressing ', ..... Walked in 1hr later and was happy to see I made it.... and blessed me w a really good price ... EVER....!!!! ??

Since they have been proclaiming they slice their meat now I've been to 4 different Subways and yet to see anyone slicing anything.
This review does not reflect the performance of the staff working tonight, but rather the issue of being understaffed. I believe that staff should have the option to disable online ordering when they are overwhelmed. I waited over 40 minutes for my online order, which the app said would be ready by 6:55 PM. However, when I arrived, my order hadn't even been prepared, and I didn't receive my food until 7:40 PM. The staff was doing their best to handle both online orders and a long line of customers waiting in-store. I heard one staff member ask if they could turn off online ordering, but it seemed that a higher-up had to approve that decision. I didn't see an option to cancel my order in the app; otherwise, I would have chosen to do so. Once I finally got home, the subs were decent, but they were missing mayonnaise, and the bread was hard on top.
