Portions have gotten extremely small now I know why Norms is so popular

The girl who took our order was very kind but the older woman who must be the owner was very rude about remaking a sundae that had peanuts (when peanuts were not included on the ingredients for the menu and the person eating it has a severe peanut allergy) and told me that maybe I don’t understand why she had to throw away the ice cream after I was told I could keep it by another employee. Overall very unfriendly and me and all 4 of my siblings threw away our ice cream (and we LOVE ice cream). And coming from three people who have worked in the food industry for years, the soft serve machine tastes like it has not been cleaned in months to years. On one last note, how can you mess up dole whip?

I don't know if it was because they just opened or what but we just got a peanut butter shake and it is so runny and taste like just milk, spoiled milk at that... So Gross and then got a flavor burst and it looks like it's all just food coloring and the ice cream is nasty this is nothing like the flavor burst I got the other day. Spent $16 just to throw it all in the trash. Can't believe she would even sent that stuff out the window.

Great food! And a fun kids play area outside with lots of tables. Food was so good I forgot to take pictures of it.

Went at 9:30pm on a week night. There were four teenage employees working. They took one order ahead of us and between them talking to their friends outside and arguing amongst themselves, the staff could not complete that order in twenty minutes. We left as the line was growing behind us and not a single person seemed to care about the customers.
