Adyar Bakery - Muscat

Old brand but don't think it is (g)old standard. May be this is not directly owned by them and it is not their normal service and ambience. The cake display is mouthwatering and taste is good

Apple strudel is really really yummy. So soft in the inside and slightly crispy on the outer. A nice place for a light evening munch. Also the pastries are tasty and good.

This is the ever Adyar Bakery outlet in Chennai way back in 2012. I was staying at Madras School of Economics at a friend's place for a few days. I can still feel the taste and the feel of the chocolate loaf cakes and it was simply love at first bite! I even took a few back to Kolkata and everyone loved it as well.
