Bidra med feedbackWow. This used to be my go to place in so many areas but a recent incident has me very concerned. First, I want to agree with the poor reviews for costumer service. It has dropped and I guess its somewhat understandable considering the circumstances butthe problem I'm really concerned with is with the auto refill. Typically, I will order at the store. I have a tendency tochange my mind once I actually get there but one day I was in a rush and ordered ahead. After already placing my order, I waskind of forced into paying a 25 dollar amount to add into their account which just subtracts from that for future orders. Nothorribly bad but I do feel that this was a little tricky. I do go there a lot so it wasn't a huge deal. But, I guess I missedthe fine print because after getting down to 5 bucks, IT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ME 25 AGAIN!! It wasn't even fully depleted and Iwas totally unaware of it being in auto refill!!! Wow. Super shady. After the kind of poor costumer service on recent visits, Ithink I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Such a shame, I have hundreds of dollars spent here in less than a year. But, I doNOT like anyone messing with my money on, not one but two very tricky transactions. The first one was unsettling but yah...thesecond one was unacceptable. And, I don't care if the owners try to explain that it's in the fine print. You can read in my fineprint that I don't like nobody messing with money. What a horrible business technique. Or, I should say, a GREAT technique tomake me take my business somewhere else. Looking through the photos, I'm like the only customer that posts photos. I haveseveral in their feed. I have had multiple owners USE MY INSTAGRAM PHOTO for advertising. And this isn't even my main place.Mine is in lake forest. If anything, they should be GIVING ME A BONUS... not trying to scam me into forcing me to spend money attheir store. If they didn't did that, I would probably drop another couple hundred at their locations
Did the strawberry wave recipe change? Heavy on yogurt, some sort of after taste, and barely any strawberry. Used to be a favorite. :
Awful service. I was attempting to place an order of two juices, and the cashier stated they do not take orders after 7 pm, because they have to clean the machines, it was only 7:10 pm. The juices were watered down, hardly with any flavor. The fruitand vegetables in the bins were brown. One star for awful service and awful juice. This place should be named.. Juice it Down!
Not very good customer service. They were a little busy i get it but when new customers walked in no one greeted or said hey ill be right with you in a few moments..just nothing and i probaly was at the counter for about 10 minutes while they just keptignoring ppl standing there so i left and went to the store to get my own ingredients to make a juice ???? problem solved????
The service was quite disappointing. I attempted to order two juices, but the cashier informed me that they stopped taking orders after 7:00 PM to clean the machines, even though it was only 7:10. The juices I received were watered down with very little flavor. Additionally, the fruits and vegetables in the bins looked brown and unappealing. I can only give one star for the poor service and subpar juice. This establishment deserves a more fitting name: "Suck It Down!"
