Panda Express - Murray

This is the first time I have ever had anything bad to say about Panda, my wife got the orange chicken and it was so stale it was crunchy and it just tasted like vinegar and no sauce on it. When we went back in to get new orange chicken the lady working didn’t believe my wife and finally gave her a new order of orange chicken and she swore it was from a new batch and it tasted the exactly same, actually gross. And I am not a picky person, I will eat just about anything. My wife even offered to have the employee try it and she declined

I ordered the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken for delivery. No sauce was included with the teriyaki chicken. Teriyaki chicken without sauce is just chicken.

Usually this panda is okay but this most recent visit made me pretty upset. The girl who helped me skimped me quite a bit, I paid for a bigger plate and got skimped compared to what they usually give. They were out of half the menu and they didn't tell us how long the orange chicken would take till it was ready, if I had none it'd be more than like a 5 minute wait I wouldn't have gotten it. When it was finally ready instead of serving the customers who'd been waiting a while they focused on the people still in line, meanwhile my food had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. The rice and chow mein clearly didn't have the sauce mixed in with it properly as half my noodles were dry and flavorless. They were out of sweet and sour, and didn't give us our fortune cookies. I think it'll be a while before I think about returning to this location.

Rice was ok, little dried out but the orange chicken on this visit was... rotten. It was a fresh batch waiting to finish being made, when it was finished they put it right out and served those of us waiting, hot and fresh right? Wrong! There was a taste to this chicken like it was soaked in strait vinegar and the remaining ingredients were forgotten. I had 2 pieces of the chicken and only 1/4 of the rice of a bowl entree. I know it was probably just a one time thing. I was a little sick that night and into the following day but nothing to serious. I will continue to eat at panda just not for a little while.

Holy cow. C.C the cashier was so rude, saying things like “you’re wasting my time” and “oh my god” because I had 4 meals that I needed to pay for separately. That’s why I used the dine in service and not drive thru. Jesus I won’t be wasting her time with my $60 order again.
