Checkers - Murphyville

Absolutely the worst experience I 've ever had at a restaurant especially checkers, because they 've always been pretty good about their food and customer service. This one in particular kept us in the drive-thru for over an hour claiming that they had to cook the meat, but I watched Sasha sling my food in the bag where there was cheese all over everything from my loaded fries and big buford burger. However before she gave me my food I watched her dump my small fry and big fry with her bare hands back in the grease to reheat like she said. Then when I tried to refuse the food and get my money back the old African fella kept trying to push more fries on me to make me happy like he kept saying over and over. I 've called 3 times today to talk about getting refunded and nobody will answer the phone! I 'm beyond pissed!

The worst experience ever I've had with checkers, I took my order and they got my money and put us in another line for our food. We're already running late to get our son off the bus in Jefferson. The cashier told us that the wait would be 30 mins. What happened to fast food.

Service was disturbing. They took money for the order then shuffled to an alternate line. After waiting about 20 minutes we learned wait would be at least another 30 minutes due to lack of staff. This was for a $10 order. Of course we we trapped in a drive through line at this point! We managed to escape, without a refund. Best to avoid this place.

The outside of the store always dirty. The food is garbage at best. They have creCkheads working in the store!! They also have roaches on the inside an have sewage backed up!! The food was cold a the kids working there vape in the store a use foul language in front of customers. This place needs to be shut down!!

Incapable customer service. Charged extra for large fries and didn't get them. We ordered sprite no ice just to get a coke with ice. Then we asked again for sprite just to get another flat coke. Then the wait time is insanely long just to get to employees that cannot do their jobs. I had to drive back to wait in line just to get to the same cashier who does not have a single thought in the world. Very unclean, unsafe practices. This location should have been shut down years ago.
