Italian Cafe Deli - Murphy

If you are looking for authentic delicious Italian food, then the Italian Cafe should be on your short list. What it lacks in ambiance, it more than makes up with quality, fresh skillfully prepared food. Prices are reasonable for dinner and the lunch buffet is a great value. Many choices of entree, salad, pizza. I have offered the destruction with clams twice andnd it was to die for. Thumbs up for eggplant as well. Everything is good (and I am not easy to please).

Please note my review was supposed to say 'ordered the fettuccine with clams but the spellchecker decided that fettuccine was 'destruction ' and I missed it. Sorry.

We stopped for lunch and had 2 slices of pizza and a bottle of water each. The bill was very reasonable. They just took us to eat in our car. Nice New York style pizza. We look forward to having a whole pizza again soon.

This little pizza place was exactly what we wanted after having eaten a pizza after a long day this weekend. We stopped right, and they had to go home in no time. I visit the area, but when we get back to the city, we will definitely try more food from the menu because the pizza was great! Not to gooey or soft, and not burned. It had the right amount of sauce where I didn't have a dry mouth while I had eaten it. They were also hand to throw their dough right in the window, great! I recommend this restaurant to others in the area. They were also very nice to us and that goes far.

3 different pizzas ordered and they were all excellent! Very delicious and many toppings! Stucked with the owner who made all the cakes that answered phones, and updates of his website come support a great local business that makes excellent pizza!
