This is no longer Los Reyes it is now named Jose's. The food was good but they do not have a wait staff they take your order like a fast food joint and you sit anywhere and eat, which would be fine if you weren't paying prices like you were at a sit down restaurant.
Definitely the most authentic Mexican food we have eaten north of the border (we lived several years in Mexico). Excellent! Muy rico!
This is the worst place I have eaten in a very, very long time. No chips/salsa unless you bought it. Everything served on styrofoam and bus your own tables. I had a Colorado Burrito-cold and pretty tasteless. My husband had both the tamales and the enchilada meals. Everything was room temperature, at best. The tamales wouldn’t come out of the wrappers-even with scraping them out. And the meat—mystery meat; anyone remember that from the chow hall?? No unsweet tea. No refills on beverages. No more coupons. You know, really trying to keep it local, but we will never again eat at Los Reyes Munford Ave. it wasn’t worth taking a shower and going there!!
It was delicious! I had chicken tacos in homemade corn tortillas. The salsa bar was fresh and delicious! My husband had steak and chicken enchiladas (one each) and he said they were great! We will be back often
