Subway - Muncie

Whoever was closing Oct 29 around 10 outdid themselves. I was craving me some subway like you wouldn’t believe and I always order extra extra pickle. Homie on register had my BACK he should get a raise best sammie all year thank youuuu

This is one of the nice clean stand alone subways with a nice parking lot and indoor eating. On this evening the crew was very busy cleaning and took 5 minutes to take our order after already waiting 5 minutes for car in front. Once they did take our order they were very friendly. There was a single car ahead of me and waited just as long. 2 hours til close and no one in lobby they just had no sense of urgency. Great store just an odd night, usually this is 5 star service and was per usual once I did get service.

I love subway. The only vegan/vegetarian food I can find in muncie except a beyond thickburger at Hardy's.

I was just asking for mayonnaise, I think I'm just a drop of what I get on my sub?

I frequent this Subway for lunch, as it is close to my job. I always order the same sandwich. I asked for the veggies to be lettuce, spinach, tomato, pickle and onion. When I got back to work and opened my sandwich, I had lettuce, pickle, and about a half a container of black olives on my sandwich. When I called to let them know, I was told the only way to get a replacement was to bring the sandwich back for them to remake it. I was already back at work so there was no way I could go back down there to have them do that. I personally think that is a horrible way to run a business. It is not my fault whatsoever that my sandwich was improperly made. I would have been happy with them offering me a free sandwich or at least my money back. I paid $10 for a sandwich I just threw away. I will NEVER go back to this subway again. The customer service I experienced here today was the worse I've had from any subway. Do better!
