Fazoli's - Muncie

This is worst service I have ever experienced at this store. Waited over 25 minutes for our food (dine in) and still do not have our food. We thought ordering from the kiosk it would be faster, NOT and no cups so you can't sit and have a soda while yourwaiting. Won't eat here again, very organized.

I don't think I have ever ate at a restaurant that was so dirty. I don't think the carpets have ever been cleaned my shoes were sticking to the carpet due to the amount of grease and dirt on the floors. Under the tables there was food and crumbs. Thewindow sills were nasty and dirty by the tables. There is even food splattered on the celling. I was just totally amazed by howunsanitary this establishment was. The food was just okay but really, I could not enjoy my food due to the unsanitaryconditions of the dinning room because it made me wonder if the dinning room is this dirty then just how dirty and unsanitarythe kitchen must be. This establishment known as Fazolis needs to be shut down and cleaned from top to bottom. Maybe even newmanagement? To ensure the establishment stays clean. I was in total amazement at how disgusting this place was. I don't seemyself going there anytime soon again. NASTY DIRTY !!!!!

They were pretty busy and we didn't have to wait very long. The food was hot and good but the pizza sauce was very salty on my daughter's pizza. The dinning area was pretty well kept up and clean. The woman's bathroom could of been checked up on moreoften to be cleaned and the whole time we was there, there was a big wet floor sign right in front of the woman's bathroom sinkwith a puddle on the floor and it's not a very big bathroom as is only 2 stall's and a sink. I'd imagine handicapped women thatdo go in a wheelchair have issues getting in and out of the bathroom cause there wouldn't be much room to turn around in awheelchair or a motorized Cart in their bathroom. No idea how the man's restroom was. My husband didn't mention it besides thatit was also little.

I ordered curbside pickup. They had my order ready so fast! Everything was perfect! I got the strawberry Italian lemon ice drink. It's such a pretty drink and so yummy! Very satisfied!

Only had what was probably the best food I ever had in my whole life will be ordered again! I ordered this by Uber Eats and very well tilted
