Food very average, they have a captive audience they treat with contempt. Twice now we have had inedible meals one a chicken noodle soup and now a Crumbed chicken salad swimming in a bowl of mayonnaise disgusting. Pointed this out to the floor staff no offer of a refund or anything else.

Being polite here, I would rather my 12 year old whip me something up, enough said!A beautiful establishment and the feed you horrible food, are they for real? It all starts from the top they say....don't eat there , have a drink and go in town , at least you will get a decent pub meal somewhere .

Hi my wife, sister in law and myself just had the Sunday night buffet meal at the golf club and wanted to pass on a few comments. On entry we paid for the meal expecting to pay for $22/head as advertised on the website but instead was told the buffet was $27/head. The dishes on the buffet were not labelled so we had no idea of what was being served. Very basic meals cheap and nasty. Overall our experience was not pleasant and waste of money. For this price do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Mark

Visited for 3 nights on a recent golf trip. Meals were included in the weekend package. That's the only reason we endured food here Sat/Sun. Burger night on Thursday - very average burger and chips for $16. Much better value at any fish and chip shop. Friday - chicken parma. Very average with vegetables cooked to death and chips that looked a week old. Saturday - fish and chips. A smidgeon of fish covered in copious amounts of batter which was then fried to a crispy tasteless mess. Aberage chips again with more overdone vegetables. The buffet breakfast each morning was no better. Lots of breakfast food options, all done poorly. They charge $18 for it! And all this very average food served in a club that is nothing short of soulless. At leats the service staff were good.

The server staff are great but the food is not very good. The bistro has really gone down hill over the past 3 years, under cooked schnitzel, over battered fish, unimaginative salads, overall very poor.Needs a real re-vamp.Doubtful will return. The RSL is a much better option.
