Pizza Hut - Mukwonago

Just received a delivery order from this very expensive and notoriously bad Pizza Hut store. The order was complicated to place, because the child who answered the phone was clearly stoned out of his mind and struggled to hold conversation. The food took an unnecessary amount of time to be delivered and then the order didn’t have everything that was supposed to be in it. Additionally, they sent us breadsticks that very clearly weren’t even cooked. This is not my first poor experience from this location, but it will be my last.

Terrible customer service, they will not deliver everything you paid for, and they wont answer phones to help you fix the issue either.

Over an hour late after pre-scheduled delivery time. Call and call the location for assistance and no one answers.

Ordered a large pan pepperoni and got 20 pepperoni when it's supposed to be 60 and the pan looked like hand tossed and it was almost 20 dollars

Order said that food would take 25-35 minutes to deliver. An hour later I look at the tracking and see that door dash will now pick up a the pizza and it will be here in another 21 minutes. Yet the pick up time for door dash has come and gone and I don't see that the pizza is picked up yet. I call the store to get some answers (because at this time I'd rather pick it up myself) and I sit in hold a short while until I'm disconnected. $34 for one stuffed crust 2 topping pizza and a garlic dipping sauce if I ever get it. No thanks, will not do business here again
