Very very disappointed with this establishment, the waiters and the administrator are not competent in the security field at all Situation 1 The guy books a specific table, for a specific hour, for two, on February 14, two Sundays before the holiday itself, when we arrive at the restaurant, they tell us that a company has been seated at our table, and they offer us to sit on the side in a corner, then I remained silent and did not write a note because everyone has problems, but we have not received an apology, none Situation 2 I come to the restaurant, sit down at the only free table, the waiter brings the menu, I have been sitting for up to 10 minutes, and then a couple approaches me and says that they have reserved this table, the waiter and the administrator immediately run up and finally begin to apologize and offer to sit at a dirty table with dishes at which and by the way, the people sitting are still asking to wait a couple of minutes, is this normal at all? The first time was a coincidence, the second time a similar situation is already a pattern of poor performance of one's work, I am very disappointed because I used to like this establishment but I hope I will not fall into this chaos of incompetent employees, the atmosphere is completely spoiled by such work of the administrator and waiters, I can't say anything about the food after all, I ate there last time two years ago, and now they don’t even let me sit down, I think the kitchen is also not working professionally, because with such an administrator it is not possible, the service is clearly zero, thank you for the spoiled moods and days Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
