Bidra med feedbackCame in for drinks just to watch the tennis during wimbledon and never left disappointed. We did not try any food so cannot comment on that but is perfect for the brits missing home. Good selection of drinks and three different sports on each time we went in. Lovely staff makes the place even better!
It was an Irish Pub what could I do; plus it started raining, I had no choice but to seek shelter. Nice little bar, full of Irish watching soccer. Little bit of emerald in Bavaria. Plus they had Bushmill's. Bit shy on an Irish shot, but otherwise very nice.
Dubliner Irish Pub might be good for partying, but I would not eat there again. The Indian food I had was warmed up in a microwave. The bread alongside the dish was not even Indian, also, it was rather greasy.
We waded our way through the revellers outside because a couple of specials on the chalkboard looked good. When given the menu we realised that these were not specials, but two of the handful of staples that reside on the printed menu. So, the choice was limited, but the food was fabulous. A tad unusual to get a bread roll with curry - perhaps this is what they do in Ireland? And also slightly mad music - my visit to the loo was serenaded by a 'slipknotesque' number - madd! We came away happy, but still slightly hungry - I bought a monster pretzel in Marienplatz for the train ride home!
The big Bier kellers were closing as we came across this place still serving beers around 0030am. We stayed a couple of hours in a buzzy pleasant atmosphere. Good upstairs area. Fair selection of beers. Fair to say more a sports bar than an Irish bar but we were not after either. If you are wandering around Munich late a night, this is a potential watering hole.
