Bidra med feedbackMy taste buds exploded Lol. One of the best tasting asam pedas for me as I am not really a fan of asam Pedas. But this is the best by far. Absolutely a visit. But it really gets crowded and hard to get space to din, so when you come in groups, go to someone and book a table. The price is also reasonable. We were a group of 7 and paid about 25usd or RM100~ for our menu.
The food is very delicious and fresh. Sambal Belacan is great. Asam pedas ikan pari, asam pedas telor ikan, telor dadar, asam pedas ikan jenahak are all very satisfying. BOTOK2 is very brilliant. All these foods cost us RM60.00 only too cheap if we compare with the amount of fish and food we ate. Alhamdulillah syukur nikmat allah
One of the best I cost in Malaysia. On the picture are ikan Mayong asam pedas and his egg. Newly renovated business, nice layout. Parking is still a laborious, but no great movement.
The place to go when in Muar, craving for Asam Pedas Ikan Merah, Maung, Daging Tetel, a variety of dishes ready to wait just to be taken and tried. Beverage refill is free, parking is on the roadside. Come early so you can get a good parking and seating.
The assam pedas here is a little more sour than Im used to. Not a bad thing though. I assume this is the way its done in Johor. Interestingly the sourness isnt carried into the fish. Available too are many other dishes to complement enhance your dining experience. All in all a satisfying meal I wouldn't mind repeating again.
