Hello, I will unfortunately start my opinion, not by my experience in your restaurant, but rather about how you respond to your negative comments... You seem to care about your notoriety but it goes through respect for its customers and questioning. We clearly read contempt, insults under heard: c... and your claim. This necessarily has an impact on criticism, because after a friendly first contact and the joy of getting on the terrace in front of the superb view, we have, a little bit, delighted by making us realize of letting go the view does not do everything and the hard work. Indeed the card does not seem to have been written with the necessary care many spelling errors, the presentation of the server is overlooked and even if, I grant it to you, this is not what we came to look for in this restaurant, it could have given him points in the face of his lack of prevenance that took us at the time of ordering. I will nevertheless congratulate the chef, because my goat ravioli, fig, basil with roquefort sauce were delicious and sufficiently copied, but also the energy of the server that seems alone while the restaurant is complete as well as the natural beauty of the place. You have potential, criticism is easy but you need to know how to receive it so that it is constructive.
A beautiful scam... and if I had read the comments before and above all the answers of the owner, I would obviously not have put my feet there. More choice on the wine list, it was Bordeaux or nothing... er's forgiveness or Burgundy at 50 euros... Too cooked calf stair and fries that bathed in the cream. No class, no dishes or waiters. Not counting the number of spelling errors on the map... Too bad, because the frame is hot and with a little effort of presentation, stock management the restaurant could probably get out of the lot.
