Once I got home, I discovered that my order was completely wrong—out of five items, only one was correct. When I called the restaurant, they offered to remake my order, but since I live quite a distance away, I requested a refund instead. I was told to call back the next morning. When I insisted on resolving it right away, the employee said she was too busy and suggested I call back in an hour. It was clear she could have processed the refund while we were talking, indicating a policy against refunds despite the poor service I experienced. As a result, even after following up, I never received my refund. I highly recommend dining in Sunnyvale instead of Mountain View.
You can expect to wait three times longer than the estimated time, and there's a 50/50 chance that your order will be correct.
I encountered long lines and a lengthy wait during my visit, which the cashier attributed to being short-staffed. Unfortunately, the French fries were overcooked and tasted burnt. The cashier mentioned that the oil had been changed three days prior, but she was unsure how to process a return and asked me to call back for a manager the next morning. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied. I had dined at this location when it first opened and remembered the food, including the fries, being much better. After receiving my refund for the fries, I've decided not to return.
I was pleasantly surprised by the wings; I expected them to be dry and overly salty, but they were perfectly seasoned and remained tender. We tried the garlic, BBQ, and Buffalo wing flavors, and they made for a fantastic snack or meal to share.
I was charged for four combos, but they only gave me three. It's really frustrating, and there doesn't seem to be anything we can do about it. If you want the missing combo, they say it'll take 15 minutes, but it ends up being 30.
