Finally, I asked them just to fill the prescription so I could get my medication, as I was completely out. The next day, I received a call from my provider, who I had already informed about the need for 90-day prescriptions and the pending pre-authorization that the pharmacy had failed to handle properly. This upset my provider, but the main point of the call was to inform me that they no longer wanted to see me as a patient. It turned out the pharmacy supervisor had contacted them, claiming I was rude. Clearly, both the provider and the pharmacy dropped the ball here and didn’t appreciate being held accountable. When I went to pick up my 30-day prescription, I asked to speak with the pharmacy supervisor. I explained that I was dropped as a patient due to their poor service and her phone call. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she defended her employee’s condescending behavior and her own decision to speak negatively about me to my provider. Her excuse was that their fax was down for three weeks and they were extremely busy. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy that typically has 6-8 staff members on-site. How did they manage to process anyone's prescriptions or pre-authorizations in that time? Her suggestion was that I try an online pharmacy for my 90-day prescriptions. I agreed, as I will not be returning to this pharmacy for anything. Save yourself the hassle—go to Walgreens, and you’ll be much happier. The supervisor, who I believe was named Sheena, certainly dropped the ball in many ways.
This restaurant offers a wide variety of options, but I have to give it three stars because they frequently rearrange everything, forcing shoppers like me to search for items and make impulsive decisions. I would take off another star for the self-checkout—it has plenty of stations while the full-service checkout barely has any. Plus, I don’t even receive a discount for using the self-checkout. If I were to get hurt while checking out, would I be covered by their insurance? I doubt this will even be posted, so that’s my rant.
This is undoubtedly the best Walmart I've ever visited! I really appreciate how clean it is, including the restrooms. They offer a great selection of products, and I love the layout of the store. The employees are friendly and always willing to help.
Emerald is such a great employee she's super sweet and helpful when needing to find something in the store!!
Had everything I needed for my trip. Very clean, very nice, and very helpful. Would recommend coming here
