Bidra med feedbackIf you've never been to the Skagit Co-op you're missing out! The Skagit Co-op is a local grocery store that specializes in organic and natural foods. They have a great selection of produce, meat, dairy, and packaged goods. Plus, they have a cafe with a hot bar and salad bar. I love going to the Skagit Co-op because I know that I'm getting high-quality food that is good for me and my family. The Produce SectionThe produce section at the Skagit Co-op is always full of fresh fruits and vegetables. I love that they have a wide variety of organic produce. I also appreciate that they have a lot of local produce. The Meat and Dairy SectionsThe meat and dairy sections are also great. They have a nice selection of both organic and hormone-free options. The Packaged Goods SectionThe packaged goods section has everything you need, from pantry staples to snacks to grab-and-go meals. I love that they offer a lot of healthy options. I also appreciate that they offer many vegan and gluten-free options. The prices in this section are comparable to what you would find at a traditional grocery store. The CafeThe cafe is my favorite part of the Skagit Co-op! They have a hot bar with prepared food as well as a salad bar. The food is always fresh and tasty. I also love that they have vegan and gluten-free options. The prices for the hot food are a bit high, but the salad bar is very reasonably priced.Overall, I absolutely love the Skagit Co-op! I love their focus on organic and natural foods. I also appreciate their wide selection of vegan and gluten-free options.
Used to love this place. Then Covid hit and they turned into self-righteous and heartless Covid Nazis. My elderly roommate has breathing issues and they were demanding and nitpicking about how she wore her mask. Maybe God will have grace for these people, but I feel like they deserve to close down after they treated us so very poorly and discriminating against the disabled! Never going there again!!!
Great food. Good vibes. While I was there, a mom spilled her kid’s smoothie all over the floor. They cleaned it up and gave her a whole new one without question. That’s what I am talking about! The rocket salad (arugula, beet, goat cheese) was amazing. The choose-your-mix juice bar too! I had just come from something heavy and was exhausted. This restored me. Great train stop too.
This is a hit or miss! The store is set up all wrong, in my opinion. Shopping is not made easier! The vitamin section is messed up. And the help in that section, yeah forget about it!I did have a recent experience where I bought 4 bags of rotten pretzels with almond butter. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who was very helpful. Said she’d give me back my money the next time I came in. I have not been back yet to see if this is true but she was nice none the less!I give this place second chances because there is nowhere else to go! Farmers markets are way too expensive (WHY), and this place is willing to at the very least give you your money back if your food is rotten! It would be great if the store was set up better for better shopping. They way it is now I always forget something! Always!!!
Cute grocery store! We stopped by after having lunch nearby to pick up some stuff during our overnight camp. They had a good selection of everything you'll need. The meat counter is a bit limited. They have a good variety of produce, items you can buy in bulk, juices, natural items, etc.
