Panera Bread - Mount Vernon

My main issue was that there was no bread served with the soup or side dish. Aren’t they known for their bread? We ordered and settled down, and while my soup was fine, the mac and cheese was lukewarm at best. I asked for it to be reheated, but the staff responded with cold stares and eye rolls. I didn’t catch any names, but I left feeling disappointed by the poor service and attitudes.
