Fujiyama Japanese Steak House

Shortly before I opened my box of food I knew it would be amazing because the flavors that come out of the box smell so good. The food was so delicious and they used fresh vegetables. The dinners are also huge and two people can probably eat from the plates. I recommend this place to anyone who desires Japanese food.

Absolutely wonderful food. Very tasteful and beautiful sizes. We also had a good service on Saturday night.

The Hibachi cook from Fujiyama made this the funniest Hibachi we've ever had. He kept everyone entertaining on the table, from toddler to preteen to adults. He gave the children some boiled egg while they made the rice so they could have something to eat to persecute them. He had a bottle of his hand, which he offered to spray in the mouth of adults, and a baby bottle of soda to spray in the mouth of the children. Everyone had a blow. Instead of tipping shrimp into the mouth of the guests, he used boiled egg that worked better because he could go on until you caught one. 10/10 entertainment value. The food was also very good. I ordered steak and scallops; Steak was good, scallops were perfectly cooked, but could have used a touch more spice. The shrimp, vegetables and rice were all well made. We also ordered a few Philadelphia reels (my child tried to remove his soup for more Sushi, Lol) and the shrimp dumplings (which we parents had to say quickly because child wanted them all), so all excellent there. The server was also great, took care of us during the meal. He proactively delivered to-go containers at the end of the meal, as well as cups for the sauce. That was such a fun and delicious night, and if we're ever back in Mt Vernon, we'll be safe here.

I've eaten several times here. And the food is always good. I ordered surf and turf tonight and the lobster was terrible. I left it on the plate when I put everything else up. However, the steak was amazing and perfectly cooked. Your sushi has always been very good.

This place is a lot of fun, and everyone has fun.. The staff is very friendly, and attentive. The price is reasonable, and I recommend going when you get a chance.. The food is really good to..
