Coa Mexican Eatery - Mount Vernon

I heard many good things about this place, so I finally bit the ball and went lol! first line was eating really good I had bark meat fajitas and it was enough for two people easy, but at 22 dollars it should be. the meat was tender and the taste was very good the sweet tasted fresh. the flourtortillas were hot and fresh a generous part of the acid cream and guacamole ! ok, but. I didn't like to drink my water from a glass that was the idea that?! also the chips and salsa are my favorite part to come into a Mexican restaurant and lacked their chips and salsa . the chips were really hard and greasy tasting and the salsa was missing in taste and was a bit on the hot side, but that could be just my favorite. all in all I would recommend to them, it was bad for themselves to try again the molecular as I heard it was very good cheers!

This restaurant was incredibly delicious! My partner and I recently moved here from Oklahoma, where Tex-Mex is top-notch. I was born and raised in Texas where I had some of the best authentic Mexican food, and Coa did not disappoint! After a lot of searching for our new favorite spot, we tried some of the worst Mexican places I have ever eaten at, but this place will be our go-to Mexican spot from now on! I ordered the chicken enchiladas and everything was fresh and delicious. The enchiladas were amazing and the green crema sauce was perfect.

Coa offers a delicious meal with great flavors and generous portions. The meats are moist and well-seasoned, while the fresh vegetables add a nice touch. The burrito is filled with beans, rice, and meat, topped with a tasty sauce that complements the dish perfectly. The fajitas platter is also impressive, with grilled vegetables and plentiful meat. The restaurant is spacious, with a separate bar area. The staff is friendly and it's clear why this place is always busy.

The Mexican food at this restaurant is amazing. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and did not taste processed like in many other places. I ordered the fish tacos and my wife had the chicken fajitas, and we both highly recommend them! Our server was also very friendly. I will definitely be returning!
