Big Lake Grocery - Mount Vernon

A sweet little load with a phenomenal dish. I didn't expect anything like that when I was over. the mac and the cheeseburger threw me away!

A group of us had dinner tonight and I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff or the quality of the food! we will definitely come back!

Was on the search for food during the stay in the family cabin and the blg appeared as the closest place for eating. the reviews looked great so we went by. for what seems like a small load, it is very picturesque and offers many items for sale from their typical Gad station snacks such as soft drinks and sweets, to a full menu of hot food to be and liqueur. we have 2 orders of chicken strips and pommes and 1 order of mac and cheese bites. 15 minutes later we had great warm food. the mac and cheese bites were great and it had to have been a bit of fries and chicken accentuation. if they find themselves in the big lake area, this is sure to satisfy their desire!

My man is so happy that they have added the reuben sandwich to the menu. he really enjoyed it. I enjoyed the wonderful burger I had. great beer too! we are always happy customers here at the pal. nice to have them in the neighboring.
