Bidra med feedbackWe had burgers. it was all fresh. thick hand cut twill, tomato, handmade non-frozen patty. I took it off with this mile high homemade coconut cream pipe. delicious. nothing beautiful. not raised. this is an American midwest restaurant.
Stay in the lodge in deer creek at this washing and this local restaurant was recommended so we stopped to breakfast. the experience we had was less than satisfactory. Long waiting time, and it was our fault because 4 other customers came directly after us. the waitress was not kind at all and seemed disturbed that we were there. She apologized twice, but again it was our fault. lol food was ok, but not tasteful, so they make their own decision. not a return customer for me.
This restaurant has gone so far downhill, it is sad. small town restaurant that could affect the community. as often as we get used to high cost and low quality. for lunch and ordered the special . ham and bor with maisbrot and fried kartoffeln. the soup was so watery and tasteless! who is watering? there were barely buzzing in the liquid and just a couple of skunks. I was served five slices of fried potatoes that had plucked on them from fat. I didn't decide to complain to the server as it was the only server and each table was full. no beverage refills offered, as the server led her **** away. we have been wasting our money and left hungry and disappointed.
We tried this place today for breakfast. They wasn't very busy. We were greeted fast. Our waitress took our order and that was about it for service. I had sausage gravy with biscuit, scramble eggs, hashbrowns and grits. Nothing had any flavor. My son has eggs over easy with hashbrowns. He liked them. My wife had poached eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. She thought the sausage was spoiled and she didn't like the food. It's expensive for this type of food and service. Plus it took 30 minutes for our food to come out. We will not come back.
The food is good but I'll say this. The customer service side when your placing an order needs work. It's not professional to make someone feel dumb because they couldn't find the menu online. Maybe some empathy training would be great instead a sour and dull response. You get three stars because I didn't have any issue with food or speed just the way you talk to your customers. Thanks hope you can grow from this
