Bidra med feedbackI don’t think I’ve ever had a worse customer service experience in my life it’s almost comical. My husband and I ate here 04/24/24 around 7:45pm. The gentleman who took our order acted like we were inconveniencing him. Rude, didn’t say more than 3 words to us. The woman who cashed us out was just as bad. If you guys hate your jobs so much there’s a few staffing firms in the area that I’m positive will assist you in finding a non customer facing position. As horrible as it would seem to work there, I can assure you eating there is even worse.
I had an outstanding experience at this JM location! The entire crew was super warm and friendly and they made excellent, delicious sandwiches! In a world of diminishing customer service this evening was a throwback to better times. I felt appreciated and well cared for. I will go out of my way to return to this location!
Only reason I'm giving this location 5 stars is because of Dylan. Despite the fact that the other employees were short rude with customers, Dylan interacted with customers in a friendly positive way. I hope that his standard of customer service is recognized by management and imitated by others in their workplace.
Ordered 13 with double meat. just ham and pepperoni. No double meat no other meats.
On 11/30/2023, me and my coworkers dined at the Mount Prospect location we spent about $50 on our order it was good (mine were a little salty , the lady on the staff seem bothered because I added more ingredients to my sandwich the only other thing that was unusual for me was how the manager (a stocky guy with beard and cap was bragging on the line how he was going fire an employee tonight if they call off ..IMO I think that shouldn't been discuss on the line in front of customers, probably won't be back it's a shame because it's a good concept
