Kfc - Mount Pocono

The chicken was very fresh, hot, and tasty.. We were also given napkins and sauce with the order. What a difference from the last time we were there.

The food in this KFC was great they actually listen when you order the chicken wasn?t greasy like in most KFC?s in NYC especially in the Bronx.

The food felt overpriced, likely a reflection of the current inflationary climate. I spent $13 on a 4-Piece Chicken Box Meal, which included a medium drink and a side of mashed potatoes. I remember when coleslaw was included in the past and at a lower price. Additionally, two of the chicken pieces were a decent size, but the other two were much smaller, probably adding up to roughly the size of one regular piece. There were no condiments available, not even salt and pepper shakers on the tables, so I had to ask the overwhelmed staff at the counter for some. On a positive note, the staff were polite and courteous, despite the hustle and bustle. They seemed genuinely invested in doing their best to manage the operations, which was a silver lining to my experience.

The meal was ready on time and served hot and delicious! I absolutely loved the crispy fries and the other dishes as well.

I would give zero stars if I could. The lobby is closed, and there's no access for pedestrians to the drive-thru. As a semi-truck driver, I'm extremely disappointed. They say it's the owner’s policy and suggest that we take our 13-foot 6-inch truck with our 53-foot trailer around the drive-thru, only to still have to get out to place our order and pick up our food. It doesn’t make any sense. To the owner of this location, I'm disappointed that you would treat truck drivers—who keep this country running—this way.
