Subway - Mount Pleasant

The gal working today 5/3/24 was absolutely amazing! She was fun to talk to, very kind and made my sandwich perfect! I've always loved this location and will be back! Especially if she's there I think her name was Tina not 100% on that

If you go here and see a girl working named Alie/Abie(her name tag is hard to read)RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. she is extremely ignorant and rude. Apparently how I wanted and needed my sandwiches was wrong . And the almost half bottle of mayo she dumped on my sandwich was the subway standard . She talked to me and my husband like we were stupid and a nuisance to her. She was extremely rude to her co-worker in front of us. And when checking out she refused to let us use a coupon. Save yourself the frustration and awful treatment and just leave if you go there and she is working.

Shay, the artist sandwich is such a delight to watch as she carefully slices the sandwich bread and adds fresh toppings to our subs. Her cheerful personality and excellent customer services skills is what keeps us coming back. Never mind her preciousness and attentiveness to the topping she handles.

This is one of the worst subways to go to. They make subpar sandwiches and the customer support is almost non existent. I've had so many issues where my order has been wrong and they seem like they don't want to do anything to fix it. It's almost just as bad on the app for this location. They don't check special notes and the delivery for this location should be defaulted to off because it doesn't work 90% of the time and is a complete waste of time. It's basically worth a half hour extra drive time to go to Ephraim.

It’s a sandwich… made by kids… that costs you $6-$8… ??‍ What do you expect.
