Domino's Pizza - Mount Olive

Typically, the pizza here is excellent, but today I received a different one than what I ordered. The cashier mentioned that I could collect points for a free pizza on my next order. However, if I had wanted pizza later, I would have placed my order for later! The reason I ordered pizza now is that I wanted it right away! It's quite frustrating!

Usually when I order a pizza it is very good but this one was burnt. Now I am trying to decide if I will ever eat another one from Dominos. It was terrible!????

The staff here are remarkable and will make you feel like royalty. The pizza is outstanding—definitely the best you can find!

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:20, and it didn't arrive until 6:13. The thin crust was anything but crispy, and they also charged me an extra $5. The customer service was disappointing; they should have replaced my lukewarm pizza at no charge! John's is typically reliable with quick delivery—I'd suggest choosing them instead!

Some days, the food and delivery are flawless. However, there are other days when the service and quality of the pizza and delivery are the worst I've ever experienced. They really need to improve their consistency. The drivers are always very friendly! The delivery issues seem to stem from the app notifying me that the driver is on the way, but then it takes an additional hour for the food to arrive. It feels like it's all just a numbers game...
