Bidra med feedbackSome days, the food and delivery are absolutely perfect. However, there are other days when the staff and the quality of the pizza and delivery are the worst I've ever encountered. They really need to work on their consistency. The drivers are always incredibly nice! The issues with delivery seem to arise from the app updating to say the driver is on the way, but then it takes another hour for the food to arrive. It feels like it's all just a numbers game...
The staff here are exceptional and will treat you like royalty. The pizza is outstanding—truly the best!
The order arrived on time, and the 50% discount was very helpful.
I ordered my pizza at 5:20 for delivery, and it didn't arrive until 6:13. The thin crust was far from crispy. They also charged me an extra $5. The customer service was disappointing; they should have replaced my barely warm pizza for free! John's is usually reliable and has fast delivery—I'd recommend going to them instead!
The owners must hire completely new employees!!!!
