Staff are rude. The breakfast sandwiches are NEVER toasted and cold. Ask a simple question and some girl is on a high horse answering with an attitude when she wasn’t even the one taking the order to begin with. Early morning person was very rude. Went through drive thru and when I got to my destination my coffee was not right. Went back and went inside and when I explained my coffee wasn't made right I was rudely told if I wanted it made right I should uave made my own. I was the only one on drive thru at the time he should have gotten it right. Won't be going back to this one. Exit 9 dunkin in Avon has be at better service. Meal type: Other

Went through the drive through asked me if I wanted receipt I said yes then didn?t even get receipt they forgot the most expensive item in my order? when I went back to tell them about missing items one guy said in a careless attitude ?I don?tknow? and said is it on receipt?! You mean the receipt you didn?t give me! Never going here again FORGET ITEMS, RUDE, ANDCARELESS FOR CUSTOMERS
