Beach Box Fish & Chips - Mount Martha

I went in to order a phone order and a young lady with very nice and made clear that eating was not ready yet and I ended waiting 10 minutes, but she was so beautiful and I ended up taking care of pickup...up her name (her name was bini)

We ordered two burgers to go, one without beet. Unfortunately, one of the burgers did not have a meat patty. When we called to inquire, they claimed it was a "meatless" burger despite it not having any substance. They then informed us that their grills were not working and gave us a refund. This situation was completely unacceptable. A burger without a meat patty is essentially a salad wrap! It was a disappointing and insignificant experience.

Another infested fish and chip shop that returns nothing like the original 10 years ago. the prices are much higher than much better deals closer to cbd. never tried again!

My extended family and I have been pleased with our dining experience.

Took 20 mins to get through to make a take away order at 5pm. Very specific about ordering 2 grilled flake. Picked up our order and our fish was fried in soggy batter. Disgusting. I rang them back and they could not care less.
