Pancheros Mexican Grill - Mount Laurel

I really enjoy Panchero's and visit often. Recently, I found myself in Mount Laurel on Route 38 and decided to stop by with my emotional support dog. Unfortunately, the manager shouted rudely in front of everyone that I couldn't bring my dog inside. I've never had issues at other restaurants with my dog, especially since I usually hold her in my arms. Instead of yelling and embarrassing me, it would have been more appropriate to have a sign indicating that dogs aren't allowed. It seems like the manager could benefit from some additional training. – Vicky

On March 19, 2022, at 1:30 PM, I had an unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant. This was my third time ordering a burrito without beans, but once again it arrived with beans. I specifically asked the man behind the counter, Luis R, to make sure there were no beans in my order. Instead of acknowledging my request, he placed my food on the counter with an evident negative attitude and walked away without saying anything.

I have been a regular at this restaurant for quite some time, but I've noticed a significant decline in quality over the past five or six months. First and foremost, the staff has become increasingly rude. Some employees don’t even acknowledge you, and those who do often seem irritated when interacting with customers. The only decent interaction I’ve had in months was with a staff member who actually spat on the floor while handing me my order. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant reflects the poor service. Recently, I’ve noticed a strong and unpleasant odor resembling a dirty mop bucket mixed with bleach coming from the floors.

The staff is welcoming, and the restaurant is impeccably clean, including the dining space. The food is genuinely freshly made. We often order the Burrito and Quesadilla—typically two or three times each month. It's a more affordable and healthier choice compared to other fast food options.
