Dunkin' - Mount Laurel

This situation has either really good or really bad coffee. I just got a coffee that tasted like it was made with rancid cream.

Will not be returning to this location. I redeemed a free beverage award this afternoon and upon drinking it found multiple small pieces of plastic inside my drink. When I called the store I was put on the phone with the manager, Nasir, who first made the assumption I called the wrong location as if I was unaware of the store that sold me the drink with plastic inside and demanded I state the location I visited when I then asked which location I was speaking with. Mind you I already had looked up the number on the Dunkin Donuts website for this specific store. I found his response unprofessional and would advise others to travel to the many other Dunkin Donuts close by instead for business.

This is my go to DnD they make the drinks perfect every time. Everyone is always so nice. There is a young lady and man who are always there about 4 pm and they are just the sweetest. I hate going to other DnD’s because they never taste quite the same NO matter how many times you been there and order the same drink.This one, excellent every time.

This location falls on my route home from work. I've given this location a few chances but every time the experience is a let down. No matter whose at the drive through no matter what time of day the customer interaction is the worst ever. Last week I actually pulled in the drive through and the way I was talked to. I left without putting in the order. Won't be back ever.
