Burger King - Mount Laurel

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The service was lacking, and I sensed that the staff had a negative attitude towards me, possibly due to my Mexican background.

The customer service was very disappointing. The staff member merely observed the line without inquiring about our order. Additionally, she seemed indifferent and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she nearly handed our food to the customer behind us! This is completely unacceptable, especially during what should have been an enjoyable outing.

I'm at a loss for words to describe the rude girl with the tattoo on her right hand. It was a mistake on the manager's part to hire someone who clearly lacks basic human decency.

I love this Burger King! The food is consistently great and always served hot. The drive-thru could use a little improvement, but other than that, it's a fantastic place to eat.

I had the worst experience with service at this restaurant. We ordered onion rings and, after waiting for several minutes, discovered that they hadn't even started making them yet. The cashier was extremely unprofessional; she was walking around with earbuds in and her phone in hand while a line of customers waited to pay and receive their drinks. To make matters worse, she openly announced that she would be leaving at 10, right in front of everyone. The service was terrible, and we plan to report her to the owners of this Burger King.
