This was our second visit and we found the same excellent combination of great Mexican food, friendly service and cheap trips. our table page prepared guacamole was made our specification and was enjoyed together with a pitcher of margaritas. very good chickens, burritos and an excellent chickens are highly recommended. we will often return!

Four golf buddies got together for a luncheon at The Patio 3 and all of us really enjoyed our meal and time at this small local Mexican Restaurant. Everything from the chips and salsa to the salads, to the standard Mexican fare, was prepared by an excellent kitchen and served with a friendly smile. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we all agreed to return. This is a local gem and I would highly recommend it.

The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is lovely. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. The desserts are fantastic. I will definitely be a regular customer!

The food was of high quality and very fresh. It was incredibly tasty, just like the drinks. The service was excellent, and the servers were very attentive. I ordered scallops while my husband chose a chicken dish, and both were fantastic.

The molecular poblano was excellent, and the melted cheese was also enjoyable. However, the other dishes were just decent.
