Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mount Kisco

The food was delicious but the restaurant was disgustingly dirty. It makes me wonder about the kitchen….

If I need a quick meal option on the go Chipotle is my first choice. I like the fresh ingredients and build your own concept. This location seems to have the ordering process and check out amiss. There is usually one person who has a clue and the rest do not. Eventually it works out, but it 's never seamless. I 've been to many other locations that have the system like clockwork... this location is not even busy.Vegetarian options: Veggie friendly

Poor sanitation. The tables, kitchen counters, and drink fountains are usually very dirty. Several people I know who regularly come to this location from nearby have gotten food poisoning after eating here. I believe this has a lot more to do with Chipotle's restaurant culture in general but even specifically at this location it matters. Staff need to be more concerned with making sure food is being cleaned off the counter especially when food is going to be touching the surface. Other than cleanliness issues the food is usually good and I haven't had issues with the portion sizes since I'd order bowls whenever I came around.Vegetarian options: You can order meals without adding meatKid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu available to order from online and in-store, the portion size is also a lot smaller and cheaper than the standard sizeParking: Parking very accessible

Ordered online for pickup multiple times. Food is never ready even 20 mins after showing up past my pick up time.. Last time I ordered and the food wasn’t ready they said someone came in and took my order. Had to wait 30 min for them to check the security tapes in order to get my food. Horrible service

Overall my experience was great ! Despite VERY demanding customers, one of whom was rude and condescending to the employees, the staff was patient , efficient and professional in their service to me and to the rude customer. I cannot recommend this location HIGHLY enough !!
