Rodeo And Grill - Mount Isa Australia

We arrived late on Good Friday, hadn’t been told about the office being closed but worked out we had to check in next door and walk back. The lady on call was helpful and friendly. Nice and clean, well appointed room with smart TV, cold a/c, fridge and coffee making facilities. Beds were a bit firm but that was fine. Ample close parking, walking distance to food options. Would stay here again when back in Isa.

Since moving to Mount Isa, the Isa Hotel's Rodeo Restaurant has been one of my favorite place to eat and have drinks. I love the vibe here (decor, music, location). The staff are also really friendly and helpful! Their sweet potato fries are absolutely amazing

Went for dinner...Drinks are a bit kn the expensive side, as is the food...although you know why the food is a little expensive when you pick it up...the portion size js absolutely massive! The steak I had was cooked perfectly and the vegetables and mash potatoes were cooked well and fresh! Pity I couldn't finish it all...but over all, 4 stars...I'd go there again!

Meals are very generous and service was great. Make sure you have an empty belly prior as we underestimated the portions. It was delicious, thank you.
