Papa Johns Pizza - Mount Holly

I ordered Papa John's, and a Turkish driver delivered my food. The DoorDash driver claimed she didn't know where my address was, so I went to the side to wave her down. I prefer not to have direct contact with delivery people, so I walked back towards my apartment. When I returned, she called me and asked where I was going. I told her I was heading back to my apartment, and she said she would drive over to hand me my pizza. At that point, I started to think she was just making excuses to avoid getting out of her car. Very lazy!

Not impressed. Ordered well done, thin crust, square cut pizza? did not receive what I ordered.

I?ve ordered from this Papa John?s many times before. The pizza never comes here hot. It?s barely warm. It?s not the best pizza but it?s still good with the garlic sauce. The wings are good and hot . I did really like their oven baked sandwiches but it has been replaced by the papadias which aren?t too bad. Delivery guy is always friendly.

I?d give it a zero if I could. We?ve ordered here twice. The first time, half the order was left at Papa Johns. The second time (right now), the order has taken nearly two hours yet to be delivered. When my wife called the store, we were told the order ?just left the store? and she was given attitude. The online tracking indicated it left the store an hour ago. It?s not a big deal, but a good reminder why Dominos Papa Johns. Actually, anywhere Papa Johns. I?m looking forward to my cold pizza.

I ordered from this restaurant 45 minutes before closing, but my food never arrived. I would rate this place zero stars; the staff is unprofessional and clearly deficient in service. They really need to improve. I plan to call the general manager tomorrow to express my concerns. If you're hoping to enjoy a meal, I suggest you avoid ordering from here!
