Little Caesars Pizza - Mount Holly

It's been over a year. But I went into getting sharp and ready paprika with cheese bread, I had to wait until the cheese bread is cooked, but it was worth waiting. Everything is hot fresh and the manager has great customer service. Even if he had to go outside and one of his employees came back to work from the smoke break, but it was still okay. He kept control and the food was hot and fresh and ready.

This place is primarily a disaster as it was sold this year. Little Caesars was never great to start with, but even the basic hot N Ready pizzas are simply not good anymore. The straw that broke back the camel came a few weeks ago when I ordered a Fanceroni Pepperoni. The attached picture is what I essentially got a regular thin crust pepperoni pizza. The crust is wrong and the pizza is missing about 60 pepperoni. Maybe other locations are better, but this store is dirty and employees couldn't care less.

Always prompt service and really good pizza and wings they ran out on this trip but worth mentioning). My fav is the thin crust that's a promo item for the summer but reg pizza isn't too thick to be enjoyed...proper sauce/bread ratio thing. If you really like sauce, they offer a cup of sauce as an add on at a reasonable price.

Some might say Little Caesars is the bottom rung of the pizza market. This place unfortunately proves it. Placed a order for just a plain cheese pizza and crazy bread (which should be Hot and Ready ... it took 50 minutes to get my food. One of the employees was literally ignoring customers when they would ask questions, and said to another employee that I should get out the way for other customers when I approached the counter for the 3rd time asking for our food. And this sort of thing has happened multiple times. The place is a mess and as of this review has a 90.0 health inspection score. On top of all that, the food sucked. I 'll actually be contacting their corporate HQ soon.

Used to be a place you could pick up a decent pizza quickly but not anymore. Nothing Hot-N-Ready and my online order is 30 minutes late, and they locked the door so no more customers could come in. This place is badly mismanaged. Update: After 2 months, I thought I 'd give this place a 2nd chance. Turns out that it 's no better. In fact, it seems worse. Poor customer service and the place looks filthy as a dirt road. I just asked for a refund and left. I won 't be coming back here again.
