Veggie Hut - Mount Hawthorn

Vegan butter chicken was awesome!!! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Look forward to dining again and trying some different dishes.

We arrived for 6.30pm.Service was prompt once we had ordered.The food arrived smelling tempting The dishes we ordered were all vegan.Plenty of choice of dishes between the circle of five of us.The choice of variety of Naan breads was amazing.My friends had never tasted peshwaari naan..!!Will definitely return again as I didn't have space for desserts.So my next trip here will be for tea and desserts..Well worth a visit

Our group of 7 adults & one toddler met for a quick bite to eat before a swing dance class across the road, and had a very pleasant experience at Veggie Hut.My hubby & I arrived a bit later than the others, who ordered several dishes for us to share.There was a plethora of diverse and delicious vegetarian dishes, and while I don't know the names of every tasty morsel, the highlights for me included the veggie dosa and a Manchurian Something :-)Decor is cheery and colourful, with impressively blingy chandeliers! Service was attentive, friendly, courteous & fast! Prices about average, but well worth the price. BYO available.I look forward to returning!

Great vegetarian Indian food, many options for vegans as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is decent, not to expensive.

I ordered samosas, mee goreng and cheese naan. Samosa pastry was delicious and the filling pretty bland but came with a bit of spice. The mee goreng was disappointing. It had zero vegetables to accompany it, only onion and the noodles were overcooked that they would break apart into pieces. The taste was average compared to other similar dishes I've had. Lastly the cheese naan was not like your traditional tasting naan. It was sweet, had very little cheese which I couldn't taste and it was like chewing a leather shoe.To sum it up it's okay if you're hungry and need a quick vegan meal meal but it's way overpriced for what they serve and the quality in which they present.
