Bidra med feedbackBeing that my uncle is the COO of DKT Enterprises, my expectations at Whataburger are the standards he has set by his own hard work. He started at Whataburger at the age of 15 as a fry cook and stayed loyal to the company and their policy onSatisfaction. My husband and I stopped here on our way to our away football game in Nacogdoches from Hallsville. Upon walking into this establishment, we were never greeted. We placed our order and sought a table. There were 3 other families eating. About10 empty tables remained and EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty. Food on them, dead bugs and all the old order number placardsremained. I went back to the counter and let them know there were no clean tables. I was given cleaning towels to clean one. Iused hand sanitizer on the wall to clean our table. We used the restrooms. The women's stalls were disgusting and the men's hadno soap and urine on the floor. When we got our food, I had to return to the front, and wait in line, to ask for napkins. Whyaren't napkins available or placed in bags? Our Whataburger in Hallsville is so clean, everything is stocked and the workers arealways pleasant. I'll definitely be passing the info and pics to the higher up bosses.
I was a long time customer here since I was 4 years old me and my dad always came here to eat.i work here now and personally it's not bad but the food itself taste amazing I highly recommend this location over others

Ate biscuts and gravy from there and ended up with severe food poisoning, wouldn't recommend eating there Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
10/15/23: came through here again 7 months later, the staff still does not want to be here. It appears they have plenty of staff for all the stations and attention to the customers, however they all seem to mill around without purpose, ignoring customers as the best they can other than to interact and get their initial order and hand an order off. They just really are not people persons, and definitely immature and want to be somewhere other than where they are. It seems the only enjoyment that they have is talking amongst themselves. If the regional manager were to come in here without announcement and just observe and or pretend to be a customer, I failed to see how they could be proud of this store. They really need to do something. March 2023: Staff was young and really didn't want to be there it seemed, didn't want to be bothered it seemed like Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
