Caribou Coffee - Mounds View

I went through the drive-through and I was short .20 the worker was very rude and said that I couldn’t pay with cash or card my drink did not look appetizing at all or taste good. If i could give zero stars i would, i got a hot turtle mocha today and usually i have no complaints, but the horror i felt as i pulled out a long brown hair with something gray on top out of my mouth was incredibly disgusting and made me vomit twice, i haven’t eaten anything since and my throat hurts real bad. I also want to add that paying a tip should not be shoved in a persons face, the coffee is overpriced as it is. As soon as you ask them if you have points to redeem, they look at you up and down and get mad like it's coming out of their paycheck, i will not be coming back to this location. The only thing that was great about my visit was the wonderful baristas . This location was so unkept, wallpaper peeling off the walls, the toilet seat in the bathroom needs to be replaced, the coffee machines were incredibly loud, the plug ins weren’t working and I couldn’t get connected to the wifi. I left this Caribou and went to another one. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
