El Chele was fabulous! The service was friendly and the food was great. We had 3 different types of papusas impossible to pick a favorite and the fried tilapia with seafood rice. It was a whole fried fish and homemade tortillas, and the rice had squid, mussels, shrimp, scallops, and onions. Lots of to go orders were heading out the door, but dining in was great too.
