The food and coffee is good, but the service... I waited half an hour to be served and then another half an hour to bring food... So pure staff

Normally this place is OK but today I went there and it was hopelessly understaffed. I waited over 40 minutes to try to place my order, at least 3 times I caught the eye of 2 different waitresses and still nobody came to me. Even to just take my order, talk about utterly ridiculous! The person at the next table, literally stood up a couple of times and waved at staff just to get his bill. After, I'd say 15 minutes he gave up and walked directly to the cash register. It was clear the waitress told him she'd bring it down but all trust had been lost and he said he would stand at the register until he could pay. That is when I realized my desire to eat a little something was futile in this establishment. If I ever go back I'll bring my shaving kit and a pillow. I really feel for the staff as they are way overworked and with all the frustrated diners the tips will not be as they should be. Management should be replaced. As for me, I went to the place next door, it was just as busy yet I still got my order placed within a few minutes.

Nice place! Good food and coffee, relatively fast serving

Coffee was good. But oatmeal wasn't. And it was very hot inside. Its winter time, of course I have warm clothes on me which I can't take off. But staff feels OK wearing t-shirts)

Service took a while to notice us, and it was uncomfortably hot inside. Worst part was the coffee machine broke down!! But that happens. The atmosphere is very nice, but the tables could be further apart.
