The quality of food at this fast food restaurant has significantly declined. If before you could order food and knew it would be delicious, filling, and most importantly at a reasonable price, now it's the opposite.
Terrible service, rudeness and insolence from the manager Roman, cashier Zarina doesn't know the menu and prices, can't explain how to order spicy or non-spicy, mockery from the staff, complaint book and non-writing pen, change given with 5000 ruble bills, it's just a gathering of loafers and rude people!
