Olive Garden Morrow

A group of us dined in for a late lunch, early supper, the place was not crowded and there was still a wait. We were finally seated, our server was Otis, he was an ok server, not very attentive. We ordered food and drinks at the same time and our appetizers came out before our drinks from the bar and even our water, but we were patient. Bar drinks were pretty good, the salad was horrible the worse thing they served. I ordered the tour of Italy and it was all good. I would return and give them another try, I'm sure it was more if a staffing issue. Mask were required.

The food was pretty good and the server was nice, but the ambience was dry a dim. The outside was very dirty at the entrance. Trash was in every corner. I was meeting friends for a birthday dinner. I was almost embarrassed to go in and dine. They also had a rank oder in the air like it's not cleaned on the regular. Not an appealing look for Olive Garden. Very disappointed on the obience.

I expected my meal to taste better. I would have preferred another type of cheese. So my review is mostly due to my preference. Chicken carbonara it was! The environment was comfortable but the ladies room could have been more tidy. I would have gone to the location a little further because of the slightly higher ratings but I sacrificed for the extra time

. I came Friday evening with my sister and cousin. We were from out of town and my sister was craving Olive Garden, lasagna so we swung by to get some. We walked in and the restaurant just smelled bad and it got worse as we walked to our table. Our server was named Amanda and she was okay. The area she took care of was pretty dirty, dust on the surrounding window seals, pictures and when I dropped my phone on the floor there were napkins and trash on the floor. In between the seats were paper straw trash and crayons. Our food came out pretty fast but it wasn't as hot as we would've liked it but it was all tasting the same. Unfortunately, because I was from out of town I can't give them another shot to change my mind. If you want basic fast-food Italian come here.

As newlyweds, we received a gift card and decided to have lunch at this location due to its proximity. Neither of us had been to an Olive Garden for 10+ yrs. and from the moment we walked in I knew we would never return. It smelled like a nursing home, not delicious or mouth watering at all. The ladies bathroom already had indications of upset stomachs at noon!! The food was as remembered and along with our gracious waitress Ms. Janice was all that saved the day. The ambiance was severely lacking in Italian anything with the exception of its claim. It was a stark reminder to keep making a different choice for Italian food.
