Ihop - MORROW

There's a manager name Maria and if she's not a manager, she must be one that she's so sweet that she cares about her clients... she jokes with us... She's very amazing at her job... I love this Ihop!! IHOP! The food is always good...

Ok this is my first time in Atlanta Georgia. I tend to be overly polite and too nice for my own good. I came in and waited in front of the please wait to be seated. It's not busy 10 customers tops here. There is an employee wiping the windows. And the other employees are either talking or eating. They all see me. But noone has come over. So I've been waiting at least 10 min. So now I'm writing this review as a result. It's good to be social. But pay attention to your customers. I haven't ordered yet Just got seated 4:59pm and the table is completely dirty. It's like she didn't even notice. And she did it with a smile.

They were changing shifts so our waitress transferred us to someone else, so no refills, no butter for our pancakes, just bad service. Really cold in there, bring a jacket and be prepared for a wait, even if Noone is there.

The food came out within a good amount of time and was good. Server was attentive. The facility was decent but could be cleaner and that’s why my rating is so low.

I went to IHop yesterday to order pancakes. They were delicious and after dinner. I'm asking for my ticket. One of the employees said someone had already paid my bill. That was a blessing.
